It is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, kettle, etc. The apartment is located in one of the liveliest shopping streets of the city, full of trendy shops along the entire length of the street.
The apartment is complete with everything needed for a short to medium-term stay consisting of a bedroom, a living room/kitchen with table and a bathroom with shower. The bed in the bedroom folds away and can be transformed into a comfortable sofa when not in use. Large wardrobes allow you to store your clothes comfortably.

Corso Buenos Aires in Milan is the street where hundreds of shops are concentrated, especially in fashion, for all tastes and budgets. It is the real commercial artery of the Lombard capital. Today, with its more than 1600 meters of length full of shops, it is one of the longest shopping promenades in Europe.
The Art Nouveau style meant that in the past it was a district of the Milanese upper class, while today the same buildings are occupied by one of the longest and most evocative shopping promenades in the city. Full of a multitude of shops bars and restaurants on both sides of the road, composed of both traditional and exotic places.

Thanks to the great availability of services, the area is very popular with people of all ages and social groups, thus making the neighbourhood one of the most lively, multi-ethnic and active in the city, as well as one of the most fashionable. Also very close to the Public Gardens, one of the most popular city parks in the city, the district also offers a lively nightlife thanks to the trendy clubs on the side streets.

As far as extra-urban traffic is concerned, the Buenos Aires – Venice district is located not far from the Tangenziale Est.

- Do not smoke in the apartment
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay, leave them in their place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn - All kitchen utensils are at your disposal

- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in, you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration. You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan).
For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed and you will need to be in possession of a code Italian tax.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.

During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan.
We remind you that since it is an apartment and not a hotel, it is necessary to make arrangements regarding the check-in time.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
