Excellent accommodation renovated in this spring of 2021, the history of this accommodation takes us to the old Cortijo Huerto de la Rosa (1890), where a young rancher acquired these lands to dedicate himself to agriculture and livestock, economic support in Alhaurín el Grande during those years.

The society, the economic systems and the generational change in which culture and studies made the youngest people go to the provincial capitals, led to this Cortijo being enabled for family use. Time did its work, and the family descended from this young entrepreneur took the reins of the property, leading to its complete renovation (although respecting the aesthetics) of all the rooms of the accommodation.

The work has been very rewarding on the part of the hosts, every detail has been taken care of to the maximum, providing accommodation with high quality and luxury. As you will see in the photographic report, it does not lack detail.

The perimeter of the property is completely fenced, and there are no adjoining homes around the farmhouse.

The outdoor areas of this accommodation are divided into four areas:

Pool area

Surrounded by a well-kept garden, you can enjoy an excellent outdoor pool. The pool has an unbeatable position where it is bathed in the Sun all day long. You can enjoy this space to the fullest, thanks to the outdoor furniture available.

Children's area

Next to the parking area, and properly separated, there is a complete children's area where you can relax and watch how the little ones in the house have fun in this playground. In front of the entrance to the accommodation, you will see a large pergola, sheltering a large table, where lunches outside with the family will generate incredible memories.

To the east side of the accommodation you will find a covered barbecue area and enough outdoor furniture to accommodate all members of the family. Whether it is day or night, you can have great family barbecues and enjoy the country breeze. Next to this barbecue area, you will find rooms with a kitchen where you can prepare your lunches outside.

The interior of the accommodation, as we have already indicated, is cared for in maximum detail and with luxury qualities. The building is made up of two floors, with on the ground floor, a large hall that will take you to a beautiful staircase that accesses the upper floor, it will also take you to the living room, where you can find some comfortable sofas where you can enjoy television. , which, thanks to the WI-FI connection offered by the accommodation, will not lose track of its favorite series or will be able to keep the little ones in the house entertained with its cartoon channels..On colder days you can use the elegant fireplace to regulate the temperature of the room. On this ground floor you can also find a separate kitchen with a dining room. In this spacious and bright kitchen, you can make any type of lunch and store your provisions in order and balance. Finally, on this ground floor you will find a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Climbing the elegant staircase, we reach the upper floor, where we will find five bedrooms and a hall, decorated with great elegance, which will be a meeting point to find a moment of tranquility.

The rooms, all bright, spacious and with closets to store your luggage in an orderly manner, will provide you with the rest you need.
