Muy bien comunicado con varias lineas de metro cerca. Paradas de Noviciado y San Bernardo a 2-3 minutos caminando, paradas de Plaza de España, Bilbao y Argüelles a 5-10 minutos caminando. El piso es muy alegre y con mucha luz. Tiene 5 dormitorios y dos baños.
Todos los chicos que vienen a este piso, les encanta, sobre todo por el entorno y por la luz que tiene todo el piso, sobre todo las habitaciones, ya que todas son exteriores. En pleno Malasaña, pero muy tranquilo ya que da a la plaza de las Comendadoras. La mayoria suele estar de varios meses para arriba, pero muchos han estado varios años. Se puede ir caminando por todo el centro, ya que todo esta muy cerca: Gran Via, Plaza España, Palacio Real, Ciudad Universitaria, ICADE, Nebrija....... es una zona muy agadable y tambien de gente joven.

The apartment has 5 single rooms, all of them with radiator and window overlooking the street. Located in the city center of Madrid, with a very nice and peaceful atmosphere, and very well connected. Less than 5 minutes by foot to ICADE , less than 5 minutes walking to San Bernardo Metro station, less than 10 minutes by foot to Plaza de España and Princesa and Gran Via ́s shops . The bedrooms are fully furnished with a desk, nightstand, closet, dresser, bed... The kitchen has all appliances as well as a TV and other household items. The payment includes water, electricity, heating, WIFI internet and neighborhood expenses, as well as a weekly cleaning of common areas.
All the boys who come to this apartment love it, especially because of the surroundings and the light that the entire apartment has, especially the rooms, since they are all exterior. Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
