- Humidity: Due to the building’s age and compact design, the apartment can be prone to humidity. Regular ventilation is recommended for a fresh atmosphere.

- Limited Car Access: The apartment is located on a narrow, steep dead-end street, which restricts car access and makes parking difficult.

- Old Building: The apartment is in an older building, so the soundproofing isn’t ideal. You may hear your neighbors, or perhaps the occasional dog!

- The heating setting is currently unavailable on the AC unit; small portable heater placed temporarily.
