Situated right on the beautiful Severinskirchplatz square, the neighbourhood offers everything your heart desires in the immediate vicinity. Severinstraße is home to all the shops you need for your daily needs, as well as delicatessens, small boutiques, cafés, Italian ice cream parlors, and a wide selection of restaurants. The city center and the cathedral are about a 20-30 minutes’ walk away. The nearby Römerpark and Friedenspark parks invite you to rest in their green spaces and old trees; and the banks of the Rhine are also not far away. Trams (lines 15, 16, 17) run from nearby Chlodwigplatz to all destinations within Cologne. The Severinstraße stop, which is served by lines 3 & 4, is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Das Apartment liegt im Severinsviertel, angrenzend an die Kölner Südstadt, und gehört zum Stadtbezirk Altstadt-Süd. Direkt am schönen Severinskirchplatz gelegen, bietet das Viertel in unmittelbarer Nähe alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auf der Severinstraße finden sich sowohl sämtliche Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs als auch Feinkostläden, kleine Boutiquen, Cafés, italienische Eisdielen und eine große Auswahl an verschiedensten Restaurants. Die Innenstadt und der Dom sind in etwa 20-30 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die nah gelegenen Römerpark bzw.
