The apartment is on the 4th floor and is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is well suited for company employees, doctoral students or master’s students who want to rent accommodation that meets their needs for a limited period of time.

The big advantage: The apartment is fully equipped so that you do not need time to set it up and you can immediately devote yourself to your projects. The apartment is designed for discerning tenants, with a sense of quality and design. The apartment has three rooms of roughly the same size (living / dining room, two bedrooms), two comfortable balconies and an associated basement, where items to be stored can be comfortably accommodated.

There is a passenger elevator in the house, so that barrier-free access to the property is possible. A private car parking space is also available.

In the apartment there are oak planks, the interior is timeless, in the colors oak / white.

In the hallway in the apartment entrance area there is a large built-in cupboard for shoes, a cloakroom, as well as tools and cleaning supplies and a wall cupboard for everyday items.

Directly on the left is the entrance to the fully equipped and functional fitted kitchen (from LEICHT), with dishwasher, stove and oven. When you move in, you can start cooking almost immediately and effortlessly. From the kitchen you get to a large balcony.

The living and dining area (also with access to a large balcony) is furnished with an oak table and swiveling oak chairs. The natural colored leather sofa is quality and comfortable. There is enough space for your favorite things in the display cabinet and the low board.

The bedrooms are equipped with quality beds (140x200cm), spacious wardrobes and simple workplaces.

Contemporary art hangs from gallery rails on the walls throughout the apartment. The apartment gets a lot of daylight and is therefore very bright. There are two balconies with wooden floors and beautiful garden furniture.

The small bathroom has a shower tub, wall cupboard and a toilet.

A coin operated washing machine is in (hidden)ment of the house. The apartment has a basement where you can store other items.

Location:
You live in the heart of Cologne. The Ehrenfeld district of Cologne is considered hip and very popular. The parks of the inner green belt with high quality sports and leisure activities are right on the doorstep. The most popular Belgian quarter in Cologne can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can Cologne University. The infrastructural supply is available in the immediate vicinity. The city center, the train station and the motorways can be reached within two kilometers.

Additional information:
The bedrooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes and a computer workstation. There is a dining area for 4 people in the living room. The minimum rental period is 6 months, the rent includes the operating costs, excluding electricity. At the end of the rental period there is a final cleaning fee of 150 euros. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und kann ideal mit 2 Personen bewohnt werden. Gut geeignet ist die Wohnung für Firmenmitarbeiter, Doktoranden oder Master Studenten, die für ihre Projekte eine ihren Ansprüchen genügende Unterkunft für einen begrenzten Zeitraum anmieten möchten.

Der große Vorteil:
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, sodass Sie keine Zeit für die Einrichtung benötigen und sich sofort ihren Projekten widmen können. Die Wohnung ist für anspruchsvolle Mieter eingerichtet, mit Sinn für Qualität und Design. Die Wohnung hat drei etwa gleichgroße Räume (Wohn-/Esszimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer), zwei komfortable Balkone und einen zugehörigen Keller, indem zu lagernde Gegenstände bequem untergebracht werden können.

Direkt links ist der Eingang zur voll ausgestatteten und funktionalen Einbauküche (Firma LEICHT), mit Geschirrspüler, Herd und Backofen. Sie können bei Einzug quasi sofort und ohne Mühen mit dem Kochen beginnen. Aus der Küche gelangen Sie auf einen großen Balkon.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich (ebenso mit Zugang auf einen großen Balkon) ist mit einem Eichentisch und drehbaren Eichenstühlen eingerichtet. Das naturfarbende Ledersofa hat Qualität und ist bequem. Im Vitrinenschrank und dem Lowboard ist genügend Platz für ihre Lieblingsdinge.

Die Schlafzimmer sind mit wertigen Betten (140x200cm), großzügigen Kleiderschränken und schlichten Arbeitsplätzen ausgestattet.

An den Wänden in der gesamten Wohnung hängt zeitgenössische Kunst an Galerieschienen. Die Wohnung bekommt viel Tageslicht und ist daher sehr hell. Es gibt zwei Balkone, die mit Holzfußböden und schönen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind.

Das kleine Badezimmer hat eine Dusch- Wanne, Hängeschrank und ein WC.

Eine Waschmaschine mit Münzeinwurf steht im Keller des Hauses. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum, indem Sie weitere Gegenstände lagern können.

Lage:
Sie leben im Herzen von Köln. Der Kölner Stadtteil Ehrenfeld gilt als hip und ist sehr begehrt. Die Parkanlagen des inneren Grüngürtel mit hoher Sport- und Freizeitqualität liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Das in Köln angesagteste Belgische Viertel ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die Kölner Universität. Die infrastrukturelle Versorgung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe umfassend vorhanden. Im Umkreis von zwei Kilometern erreicht man das Stadtzentrum, den Bahnhof und die Autobahnen. Sonstiges: Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Betten, Schränken, und Computerarbeitsplatz ausgestattet. What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
