This micro-loft is very special! It is located on the ground floor of a 19th-century building. In the historical structure, the apartment reveals contemporary architectural sophistication with intelligent spatial references, high-quality materials, an elegant light and color concept and carefully chosen furnishings. In 2021, it was carefully refurbished taking into account design, architectural, historical, structural and health criteria. The micro-loft has rooms in the front building facing the street and in the rear building with its own terrace.

The open and at the same time compact floor plan is ideal for a single person.

In the entrance area of ​​the micro-loft, we are greeted by a cloakroom with an upper shelf. Looking to the left through the open passage into the rear building, you can see the bulthaup fitted kitchen and a furnished living area. Here, as in the entire apartment, the indirect lighting bathes the rooms with high ceilings typical of old buildings in an atmospheric atmosphere. The old half-timbered and brick walls come into their own in this way. Behind the built-in wardrobe with mirror is the sleeping area with an antique chest of drawers and a comfortable bed. The French door at the end of this sequence of rooms leads to the secluded private sun terrace of 9 m2. The terrace leads to the inner courtyard of the house, and from there to the in-house garbage room as well as to the discreet access to the supermarket at the back.

Well-proportioned double-sash windows with privacy screens simplify practical ventilation. The carpets, curtains, pillows and covers follow a careful material and color concept. Here the focus was on natural materials and coordinated colors. The surfaces of the walls, floors and fixtures are designed to be easy to care for. Mineral building materials on old building substance with continuous ceramic floors on underfloor heating ensure an excellent room climate, which, supported by appropriate ventilation behavior, can be kept healthy and hygienically clean in a simple way.

The fitted kitchen is a custom-made, high-quality product from the German kitchen manufacturer bulthaup, equipped with plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, induction hob, oven and dishwasher.

The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the window supplies the bathroom with natural light and air. The room is equipped with a washer-dryer, two laundry baskets, two shelves and a mirrored wall cabinet.

All apartments in this Wilhelminian style house have been carefully renovated with high-quality mineral plaster and color system. The excellent vapor diffusion of the mineral material ensures a healthy indoor climate in the historic building. High ceilings in old buildings, high windows with natural light, ceramic floors with underfloor heating, selected textiles, exquisite furnishings and lights give the newly designed rooms elegance and comfort at the same time. In historischer Bausubstanz offenbart das Apartment zeitgenössische architektonische Raffinesse mit intelligenten Raumbezügen, hochwertigen Materialien, elegantem Licht- und Farbkonzept und liebevoller Ausstattung. Im Jahr 2021 wurde es behutsam unter Berücksichtigung gestalterischer, architekturhistorischer, baumaterieller und gesundheitlicher Kriterien kernsaniert. Das Micro-Loft verfügt über Räume im Vorderhaus zur Straße hin und im Hinterhaus mit eigener Terrasse.

Der offen und zugleich kompakt arrangierte Grundriss ist optimal für ein Single geeignet.

Im Eingangsbereich des Micro-Lofts empfängt uns eine Garderobe mit oberer Ablage. Mit Blick nach links durch den offenen Durchgang ins Hinterhaus zeigen sich die bulthaup-Einbauküche und ein möblierter Wohnbereich. Hier, wie im gesamten Apartment taucht die indirekte Beleuchtung die Räume mit Altbau-typisch hohen Decken in eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Die alten Fachwerk- und Ziegelsteinwände kommen auf diese Weise besonders zur Geltung. Hinter der Einbauschrankwand mit Spiegel ist der Schlafbereich mit Antik-Kommode und komfortablem Bett. Durch die Fenstertür am Ende dieser Raumfolge gelangt man auf die abgeschiedene eigene Sonnenterrasse von 9 m2 Größe. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man in den Innenhof des Hauses, und von dort in den hauseigenen Müllraum sowie zum diskreten Zugang zum rückwärtigen Supermarkt. Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
