In historischer Bausubstanz offenbart das Apartment zeitgenössische architektonische Raffinesse mit intelligenten Raumbezügen, hochwertigen Materialien, elegantem Licht- und Farbkonzept und liebevoller Ausstattung. Im Jahr 2021 wurde es behutsam unter Berücksichtigung gestalterischer, architekturhistorischer, baumaterieller und gesundheitlicher Kriterien kernsaniert.
