The apartment with its over 3-meter high ceilings gives a spacious feel. A small hallway with fitted wardrobes leads into the interior shower room, the kitchen with dining table and into the living- and bedroom, which are aligned to the quiet street.

The beautiful 28m2 living- and bedroom consists on the one side of a cozy living area with a chic sofa, which can also be used as a guest bed, a TV corner with a 42-inch flat screen and a desk. On the other side of the room is the sleeping area with a large bed (140x200) and a spacious wardrobe. In the separate fully equipped new kitchen you find a dining table for up to 6 people. The high-quality bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine with dryer. Storage space can be found in the built-in wardrobes in the hallway, the large wardrobe and in the lockable basement room.

All utilities costs (electricity, water, heating, WiFi, cable TV) are included in the price. From towels over bed linen to the wine glasses everything you need to feel at home is available in the apartment.

The Christinastraße is optimally connected to the public transport system via the Station Florastraße only being 250m away. With the subway line 12 and 15 you reach Cologne central station (Köln Hbf) and the famous Kölner Dom in 8 mins.
The nice wine shop "Kleefisch" on the corner offers wine and whiskey tastings on the weekends, the "Kulturkirche Cologne" with great concerts is close by, the food and flea market on Wilhelmplatz opens 6 days a week, many bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Neusser Straße with its many shops for daily needs, banks and shopping make Nippes to one of the most attractive and hippest (hidden) of Cologne.
The Nippeser Tälchen park is a highlight for those who love the outdoors. There is even a playground with fountains for children to play in. If you walk through the Nippeser valley in fine weather, stop off for a cold drink in the beer garden or enjoy a picnic on the lush greenery, it has something of a rural idyll.
Another favorite is the Lentpark with its beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and two ice rinks, the Cologne Zoo and the Botanical Garden Flora are all only 5 mins away by car.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit gehobener Innenausstattung ist im Januar 2019 vollständig saniert worden.

Die Wohnung ist im schicken skandinavischen Stil modern eingerichtet und vermittelt mit ihren über 3m hohen Decken ein großzügiges Raumgefühl, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Ein kleiner Flur mit Einbauschränken führt in das innenliegende Duschbad, die Küche mit Sitzplatz und in das zur ruhigen Straße ausgerichtete Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.
