Location: You live quietly in the east of Cologne. The district Köln-Weiden belongs to the city district Lindenthal and borders directly on the districts Junkersdorf and Müngersdorf. The German Sport University Cologne and the stadium of the 1st FC Cologne can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle. There you will also find "Cologne's green lung", the Cologne city forest. This extends from there for about 10 kilometres to the banks of the Rhine.

The Cologne district of Weiden offers a huge shopping mall, the RHEINCENTER. One of Cologne's largest organic food markets is within walking distance. The A1 motorway is in the immediate vicinity, as is tram line 1. A few hundred metres away, you can take the S-Bahn to Cologne Cathedral and the main railway station in 15 minutes. The infrastructural supply is comprehensively available in the immediate vicinity. The minimum rental period is 3 months, the rent includes the operational ancillary costs.
