This three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed for 2, together with services in a very classic and warm interior and a view of a very beautiful street of the city ​​of Florence.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor: NO ELEVATOR.
In this atmosphere, our hosts are led to experience a pleasant stay in the heart of the center of Florence, a unique opportunity for anyone looking for an ideal location to relax, and enjoy beauty and comfort at affordable prices.
First of all, keep in mind that, as indicated in our announcement, the apartment is located within a pedestrian zone, so it is impossible to reach it by car!
The closest garage is the Sant'Ambrogio car park, 350 meters from the apartment. Another garage is Garage Verdi, which costs € 35 / day (€ 5 / day more for the van). Open Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 12.30 pm; Sunday from 6: 30 to 12: 30 and from 19: 30 to 12: 30. We strongly recommend that you book the garage if you intend to park there, as they are often full.
Other options:
a) Leave the car just outside the center in the public park spaces, BLUE LINE, 5-10 minutes away from our building (Piazza Beccaria).
b) Parking at Villa Costanza Parking, inside the motorway: costs € 7 / day. Villa Costanza is connected to the T1 tram line: just 22 minutes by car from the Santa Maria Novella train station. No long waiting - the tram leaves every 4-7 minutes. A one-way trip costs € 1.20. From the Santa Maria Novella train station, you can certainly walk to the apartment (about 12-15 minutes on foot); alternatively, a taxi will cost you no more than 15.00 euros and will take you 5-10 minutes to get here.
Other things to keep in mind
If the guest prefers to have more flexible check-in and doesn't worry about the check-in time, we can arrange a self-check-in. Instead of being there, we will open both the front door and the apartment door from our mobile.

Our apartment is located in the center of Florence, in black Via Pietrapiana 15 just 15 min. from the splendid Piazza della Signoria and 10 min. from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. Cradle of the Renaissance, romantic, enchanting, and absolutely irresistible, the center of Florence is the ideal place to enjoy first-rate art and gourmet Tuscan cuisine.
Getting around the area
BY PLANE
White taxis can be found at the airport right in front of the arrivals gate. These offer a flat rate for the center of Florence (around 25-30 euros, depending on the number of bags and arrival time). The journey to the apartment takes about 25/30 minutes.

BY TR(hidden)US
The apartment is 1.8 km from the Florence SMN train station which is our main station and is dead in the city center. You can definitely walk to the apartment. About 20/25 min on foot. Alternatively, a taxi will cost you no more than 15.00 euros and will take you 10 minutes to get here.

BY CAR
The closest garage is the Sant'Ambrogio car park ((hidden)), 350 meters from the apartment. Another garage is the Verdi Garage ((hidden)). The cost is € 35 per day (€ 5 per day extra for the van). Open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 12.30pm; Sunday from 6: 30 to 12: 30 and from 19: 30 to 12: 30
In any case, we advise you to leave your car just outside the center in the spaces of the public park, BLUE LINE, 5-10 minutes from our building (Piazza Beccaria).

HOUSE RULES
1. TIMES: Check-in is between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4.00 PM. ALL CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11.00 AM. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8.00 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING AND A 50 EURO LATE CHECK-IN FEE COULD BE APPLIED. The late check-in fee must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment and no access will be granted to the apartment until such payment is made.
2. Personal Information: As per Italian Law number 214/2011 (article 40.1), the Italian Police requires us to report the identity of our guests. The information guests are required to share are the following: Name, Family name, Citizenship, Place, Date of Birth, Document Number, and Country of Issuance. We will process these data in full compliance with Italian and EU regulations on personal data use and will NOT store or share it with any other party. We understand that the sharing of personal info is a very sensitive matter and thus we will respect and uphold your decision not to send the information electronically in advance because of privacy concerns. We will however ask for these details at check-in. No additional guests will be allowed due to the conformance. If you are found to have persons staying at the property who are not named on your Reservation Confirmation, you are in breach of contract and may be denied access to the property. No refunds will be issued if you are refused accommodations due to a breach of contract.
3. Facility: we are not a hotel or a B&B. We do NOT provide 24/7 reception, and daily cleaning of the unit unless specifically requested, and paid for, at the time of the booking, NOR do we provide BREAKFAST or MEALS.
4. Payments: We can withdraw directly from your credit card according to the conditions of the cancellation policy of the reservation within the check-in day.
5. Waiver of Liability: we shall not accept responsibility for losses to the guests for any claims, including but not limited to:
a) responsibility for personal body injury, death, accident, lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
b) Any delays or changes in schedule or itineraries incurred by any person arising out of any wilful or negligent act or omission,
c) the act or omissions of any party,
d) monetary crisis, labor problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, climatic aberrations, local laws, novel or unexpected conditions;
6. Minors: Children under 18 must have proper adult supervision at all times.
7. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed.
8. Utilities: Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when not in use and whenever you leave the apartment.
9. Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AM: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum during this time.
10. Smoking: No Smoking is allowed inside of the suites. No candles or fires of any kind are allowed within the apartment. A 250 Euro cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the apartment upon departure.
11. Laundry: You may use the washer - and dryer when available - in the apartment room. We are not responsible for any clothing damage or articles left, lost, or stolen. Read and follow machine instructions.
12. Damage: Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers, or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the suite or to the common areas, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs.
13. Keys: A 250 Euro fee will be charged if you lose the keys to the apartment.
14. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. guests may not hang towels, garments, etc. from windows, make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
