The expenses of the utilities for consumption (water, gas and electricity), entirely borne by the Tenant shall be paid monthly in advance to the Landlord starting from the date of check-in by way of advance payment in the amount of € 320.00 (three hundred and twenty/00 euros), to be paid by the date of check-in by bank transfer, subject to adjustment upon arrival of the individual bills, or at the end of the lease if shorter, of the consumption actually recorded. Meter readings will be taken in this regard at the beginning and end of each month or at the end of the lease, whichever is shorter, to calculate the amounts due.
EXTRA PAYMENTS
In order to perfect the reservation guests must pay before check-in by bank transfer the following:
- the security deposit of € (hidden), which will be returned at the end of the stay, after a check on the state of the apartment (usually after the check-out date), if no damage will be found
- condominium fees € 200,00
- internet wi-fi € 29,95 montly
- garbage tax € 20,00 montly
- utilities consumption (water, gas and electricity) as a deposit monthly estimated cost as shown on the booking portal (subject to final balance)
POLICIES
It is mandatory to sign a specific TOURISTIC lease agreement prepared by the owner upon arrival.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils. The apartment is in perfect condition and must be in perfect condition when you check out. We expect clients to treat the rented property as if it were their own home and to leave it in good condition before Check OUT. If during Check-Out the property is found in an extremely dirty or untidy condition, a higher final cleaning fee will be applied.
Check-IN: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-OUT: at 10:00 a.m.
It is necessary to communicate in advance, at least two days before the date of arrival, the exact time of check-in by contacting the property by email or phone. An error in communication will result in loss of priority in case there are multiple arrivals at the same time for other facilities.
All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their photo identification or passport, as required by Italian law.

In un tradizionale ed antico quartiere residenziale, tranquillo (centro storico fuori le mura) perchè lontano dal rumore e dalla confusione dei locali notturni e dai luoghi più bazzicati dalla microcriminalità di strada (centro storico dentro le mura).
Parcheggia la macchina e raggiungi il centro a piedi in 15 minuti o con la tramvia in 5 min.
Parcheggio lungo la strada € 1,00 ogni ora, dalle 08:00 alle 20:00, festivi gratis.

L'appartamento è completamente arredato e fornito di elettrodomestici, stoviglie e utensili da cucina. L'appartamento è in perfette condizioni e deve esserlo anche al momento del Check OUT. Ci aspettiamo che i clienti trattino la proprietà affittata come se fosse casa loro e che la lascino in buono stato prima del Check OUT. Se durante il Check OUT la proprietà sarà trovata in condizioni di estrema sporcizia o disordine, verrà applicato un maggior costo per le pulizie finali.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
