Via the spacious and well-kept staircase you enter the cosy and furnished 2-room flat with 50sqm on the 4th floor.

From the hallway you reach the living room, bedroom or bathroom with WC via sufficiently large entrance area.

Living room with open kitchen, couch with sleep function (140x200 cm), lounge armchair, table with 4 chairs and TV. The open kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, crockery, potfest and cutlery.
Bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm), two side tables. A sliding door wardrobe across the entire wall offers you sufficient storage space in which all your belongings can certainly be stored.
The hallway has one wardrobe for shoes and one for outerwear.
Bathroom with daylight is equipped with bathtub, washstand and toilet.
Large windows provide daylight and a pleasant home in all rooms.
Surroundings
The flat is very centrally and conveniently located in district Unterbilk, only a few minutes away from Kirchplatz with all the conveniences that city life has to offer.
The location of the flat offers very good shopping facilities of all kinds, many nice cafés and cosy restaurants, as well as public transport stops. The shopping centres Bilker Arcaden and Real are less than 15 min walk away, the famous Königsallee is only 10 min walk from the flat. The old town can be reached by walking along the nearby Rhine promenade. Apollo, TV tower, harbour, K 21 art collection are close to the flat.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my reservation?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
