Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 qm groß und voll möbliert, geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem sonnigen Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden darf. Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 separate Zimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (200x200) mit separaten Matratzen, 2 Nachttischen und einem großen Kleiderschrank.
Das Arbeits- / Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett (100 x 200), einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es: ein Schlafsofa mit Schlaffunktion (1,40 x 200), einen großen 46-Zoll-3D-LED-Fernseher und einen Tisch für 6 Personen und eine glänzend weiße moderne Wandeinheit, auf Anfrage können wir ein Einzelbett in diesem Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Das geräumige Badezimmer ist mit Fenster, Badewanne und Haartrockner ausgestattet. In der Küche befindet sich ein Hochtisch mit 2 Hochstühlen, Waschmaschine mit Trockner und Geschirrspüler. Sie können auch einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Induktionsherd, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Pfannen und Küchenutensilien verwenden. The beautiful 3 room apartment, freshly renovated is located on the mezzanine floor and offers plenty of space for 5 people.
The apartment is approx. 65 sqm large and fully furnished, tastefully and modernly equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony where smoking is allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.The apartment has 3 separate rooms. The bedroom has a double bed (200x200 )with separate mattresses , 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The working / bed room has a single bed(100X200) , work desk and (hidden) the living room there is: a sofa bed, with sleep function (1,40X200) a large 46 inch 3D LED TV, a table for 6 people and a glossy white modern wall unit , on request we can provide a single bed in this room. The spacious bathroom is equipped with window, tub, hair (hidden) the kitchen there is a high table with 2 high chairs, washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. You can also use a kettle, coffee maker, induction cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, pots, pans, kitchen utensils. Also provided pillows, blankets, bed linen , towels. There is free high speed WLAN. Using the internet for any illegal purposes is prohibited.A cleaning can be booked on request at an additional cost.
The object is located in a very quiet area near the Grafenberg forest, but nevertheless the transport connection to the city and to the fair is very good. The public transport network in Düsseldorf is very well developed.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
