Incredible and sunny luxury villa with an exceptional location, on Camino del Sexmo, Estación de Cártama with a mini-golf course included, as well as a basketball hoop and 3 bicycles for your enjoyment.

This luxurious villa adapted for 12 people, decorated with exquisite taste and exceptionally spacious, is surrounded by farmland.

We highlight its heated salt chlorination pool and independent barbecue area protected with an excellent pergola lined with natural wood, you can have the best barbecues with your family and always keeping the little ones in sight.

The entrance to the Villa has direct access by road to the entrance of the accommodation. To park about 6 standard vehicles without any space problem.

The main entrance, covered with a small porch lined with wood and outdoor furniture, will also serve to have a pleasant rest or have a tea in peace.

The distribution of the house is as follows:

From the hall to the left we find a luxurious living room with fireplace. Linked to this we have a beautiful kitchen with wooden furniture equipped with absolutely everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, kitchenware for all travelers.

From the kitchen you have access to an interior patio and the laundry area where you can find the washing machine and dryer to keep your clothes ready during your stay.

Returning to the hall to the right we have the main double bedroom of the house, this bedroom is equipped with its own television.

On the ground floor, we also have a shower room.

Going up to the first floor of the accommodation we have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and balcony and one of them with two single beds.

On this floor we also have a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower tray and towel dryer.

Also on this floor we find a fabulous terrace to enjoy a good breakfast thanks to its modern and spacious table.

Going up to the second floor we arrive at a spacious room where you can meet with everyone, or simply rest. This room has a sofa bed that completes the rest of the twelve beds in the accommodation. It has two large terraces where you can enjoy fantastic views.

The accommodation has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and Fiber Optic Internet.

The accommodation has intercoms on all floors to be connected between floors and the different spaces.

For heating, the house has heat pumps and a stove -- THERE IS THE OPTION OF USING CENTRAL HEATING BY RADIATORS WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

- Pool will be heated to 28°C from 10/01 to 04/30
- Supplement for use of heated pool: €60.00 per day
- From 10/01 to 04/30 the pool is always heated, if the supplement is not paid, the pool will remain closed and cannot be used
- The heated pool can only be hired for the entire stay.
- Inform before your arrival if you wish to hire it.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation
- The exteriors (gardens, pool, etc.) have weekly maintenance. The traveler will be called one day before.
