Subrental and room rental are forbidden.
•Registration / Deregistration / tax payment required for registered lessee is obligation of lessee, which is none of responsibility of lessor. Address Fraud is forbidden. Any risks, penalties, fine from government, municipality and tax authority etc, and related consequences and losses are all at the responsibility and costs of lessee, which is completely irrelevant to lessor.
•The subrental and room rental are forbidden.

The booking procedure:
• After the online payment done, landlords would be able to take over and directly contact potential tenants through email or what's up to deliver a standard rental contract for signing.
•To complete the reservation, potential tenants are obliged to make deposit payment directly to landlords along with signed rental contract within two (2) days after a standard rental contract has been received from landlords.
•Without deposit payment along with signed version of the rental contract sent to landlords in time, the preliminarily online booking will be automatically invalid (cancelled).
