This private duplex (maisonette) apartment of 54 sqm can host 1 or 2 persons (+100 EUR rent for the 2nd person). The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a view to both the street side and the garden. It has its own, fully equipped kitchen and its own private bathroom. The living room provides direct access to the upper bedroom area via a ladder.

The apartment is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), beddings, towels, wardrobes, desk, bedside tables, armchairs, sofa, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer), private bathroom, washing machine, drying rack, and everything you see at the pictures.


The House
This shared house has 4 rooms and common areas on 200 sqm. Hall, kitchen and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The back door leads from the kitchen to the terrace and the garden. The laundry with washing machine and a dry cleaner is in the basement.
This apartment is on the top floors of the shared house. It has its own front door.
This house has:
- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (on floors 2 and 3),
- community Kitchen (fully equipped, dish washer),
- laundry (dry cleaner with a coin machine, washing machine free of charge!),

Location
Altstadt (old town) is a residential area known for its bars, cafés, and summer events. It is right next to the city centre with its public transport, shops, and restaurants.

- 1 km to the University of Bonn (main builduing).

Flatshare Type
This is a private apartment with its own door in a shared house. Live in this house and spend moments with the other tenants. You may make friends for a lifetime! This community is set up by young professionals, university students and interns.
Common areas are shared among all tenants. You will share the hallway and the stairs with the other tenants. Tenants make a cleaning schedule and keep the common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary.

Tenants shall have previously lived in a shared apartment, but it is not a hard requirement.
