Pleasant and welcoming apartment of about 45 sqm, on the mezzanine floor (without lift, 4 steps) of a beautiful building located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city: close to the Sant'Orsola Hospital, the Margherita Gardens and the historic center.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

The apartment was partially renovated in September 2021. Air conditioning is provided through 1 split located in the living room, while the heating is autonomous. The floors are covered in terracotta and blend with th(hidden)ssic design of the walnut furniture that characterize the living area.

The entrance leads directly into the airy living room of the apartment with an open kitchen. A low cabinet divides the area dedicated to relaxation, where there is a queen-size sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), from the dining area. A large and comfortable opening wooden table, comfortable for 4 people, and equipped with elegant seats takes center stage, while a classic style console houses the 32 ”flat screen Smart TV.

The open kitchen develops along one wall; it is modern and functional. It offers plenty of space and all comforts, including electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and large column fridge.

The bedroom overlooks the green of the internal courtyard and is adaptable to the needs of the guests, as it has two single beds (80 x 200 cm), which can be joined to form a comfortable double bed. Guests have access to a 4-door wardrobe and two bedside tables complete with drawers.

The en-suite bathroom develops in length, it is equipped with a large crystal shower cabin and finished with warm-toned ceramics, which reflect the color palette found in the rest of the property.

Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 3.00 per adult per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights).

The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference.

Area:
The apartment is located in a strategic position, within a beautiful neighborhood full of greenery and Art Nouveau villas. It is close to the historic center, reachable with a walk of about 15 minutes on foot, as well as very convenient for the Sant'Orsola hospital, the exit for the ring road and the Bologna Fair. Not far away rises the green lung of Bologna: the iconic Margherita gardens. The area is also served from the point of view of shops: less than 100 m. along via Emilia Levante, there is a shopping center. Also on the Via Emilia there are several restaurants (sushi, pizzerie, trattorie), bars and pubs.

Public transportation:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, buses 11, 19, 27 and 15 allow you to reach the historic center in a few stops, while line 36 allows you to get to the Sant'Orsola Hospital and the train station.

Parking:
The apartment is outside the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL). It is possible to park on the blue lines: parking is free on Sundays and everyday from 20.00 to 8.00; and for a fee during the daytime hours of the weekdays.

Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax that is not included in the price. € 4,60 per person, per night. It is applied only to the first 5 nights.

Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
