Charming and modern one bedroom apartment for rent in Bologna, located on the ground floor of a typical building in the historic center (3 steps to reach the door), in one of the most exclusive residential districts of the city, just a 5-minute walk from Giardini Margherita and Piazza Maggiore.

Guests have access to the whole house, full use of the kitchen, linen and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the functioning of the equipment and hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality.

This refined two-room apartment of about 45 square meters has been designed and furnished with taste and attention to every detail: it is finished with parquet in all the rooms and equipped with air conditioning. The entrance overlooks the spacious living area, illuminated by two windows. The furniture in the living room includes a double sofa bed and the TV cabinet, made to measure and equipped with a retractable door where the material dedicated to cleaning the house is stored.

The open kitchen with its white wall units and wooden hob is modern and functional, it is equipped with gas burners and an electric oven. For lunch, guests have at their disposal a table where up to 4 people can eat comfortably.

Every detail has been designed to combine comfort, practicality and elegance. Thanks to the independent heating and the air conditioning system it is possible to maintain the desired temperature in every season. Through a delightfully decorated glass door, you enter the bedroom, where there is a double bed -which can be split into 2 single beds upon request- surmounted by a lovely antique canopy - a large walk-in closet and two bedside tables with lamps.

Around the corner that divides the kitchen from the living room, you have access to the bathroom, which develops in length and is equipped with candid white ceramic coverings. It is equipped with a shower cubicle and a washing machine.

The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference.

Area:
The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable area of ​​the city, close to the avenues that surround the historic center and not far from the first hills.

The location of this exclusive property allows you to enjoy the comforts of the city center, but the proximity to the Margherita Gardens and the hills makes it particularly attractive even for those who do not want to give up the opportunity to immerse themselves daily in the most verdant areas of the city.

Well served by public transport, the area is also very close to Piazza di Porta Castiglione.

Public transport:
Bus 39 to the fair and bus 30 to Bologna Central Station stop a short distance from the apartment. Various bus lines stop in Via Farini and lead to many areas of Bologna.

Parking area:
The apartment is within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. It is possible to park on the street on the blue lines: parking is free on Sundays and every day from 20.00 to 8.00; and for a fee during the daytime hours on weekdays.

Alternatively, a short distance away you will find the Ex-Staveco paid parking (Viale Panzacchi 10), just outside the ZTL.

Important: guests must pay a tourism tax, which is not included in the price. € 4,60 per person per night. The fee is only applied to the first 5 nights.

are allowed (€ 20 + VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
