Es befindet sich im ruhigen Seitenflügel, erste Etage eines frisch sanierten Berliner Altbaus. 44 qm ist dieses Apartment gross mit einen Wohn-/Schla(hidden)ereich, eine Küche mit angrenzendem Balkon sowie ein Bad mit Wanne. Von allen Zimmern blickt man in den begrünten Innenhof. Viele Cafés und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. U- und S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee und Tramhaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in dem sehr beliebten "In-Bezirk" Prenzlauer Berg, seit der Wende einer der Höhepunkte einer jeden Berlin-Rundfahrt. Der "Mythos Prenzelberg" lockt viele Besucher an, die in das pulsierende Leben eintauchen, das sich hier abspielt.

Der Schla(hidden)ereich hat ein wunderschönes rotes Doppelbett (1.80 x 2.00 m) mit Nachttischen und einem Kleiderschrank. Highlight ist eine einzigartige Hängelampe, die fast bis zum Fußboden reicht und dem Zimmer einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden.
Küche: In der Küche gibt es einen Herd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und einen Tisch mit Stühlen für ein gemütliches Frühstück, einen Kaffeebereiter, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster. Selbstverständlich sind Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe in dem schönen, antiken Schrank vorhanden. Der angrenzende Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken im Freien ein.
Bad:Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einem Wannenbad, einer Toilette, einem Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine. Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Apartment Japanese style: the Far East in the centre of Berlin.
Very tastefully furnished and fully equipped the apartment is in Japanese style. It is located in the quiet side wing, first floor of a newly renovated old building in Berlin. This apartment is 44 sqm large with a living/sleeping area, a kitchen with an adjoining balcony and a bathroom with tub. From all rooms, you have a view into the green inner courtyard. Many cafés and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities, are within walking distance. Subway and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and tram stops are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located in the very popular "in-district" Prenzlauer Berg, which has been one of the highlights of any Berlin tour since the fall of the Berlin Wall. The "myth of Prenzelberg" attracts many visitors who immerse themselves in the pulsating life that takes place here.
Living and sleeping area: The living area is equipped with a futon sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), a side table, a flat screen TV with cable connection and a WLAN connection. A beautiful floor lamp and an antique armchair - both in Japanese style - complete the picture. The sleeping area has a beautiful red double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The highlight is a unique hanging lamp that reaches almost to the floor and gives the room a special charm. Bed linen is available.
Kitchen: In the kitchen, there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a table with chairs for a cosy breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Of course, there are dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots in the beautiful antique cupboard. The adjoining balcony invites you to have breakfast outside.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin and a washing machine. Towels are available.
To explore Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg is probably one of the best districts. And the apartment is fully equipped. All that remains is to say: Let's go!

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
