This comfortable accommodation is the perfect combination for a maximum relaxed stay and living close to the center - thanks to the excellent location in Berlin Neukölln. When furnishing, the interior designers placed great emphasis on the use of high-quality natural materials.
Attention to detail was chosen for the interior design. Directly opposite the entrance is the study, consisting of a large, two-meter desk and a bookshelf for all documents. On the other side is a practical couch: this can be converted into a sleeping place at any time, so that spontaneous visitors can always find a comfortable place to sleep.
Walking through the hallway, you will see a small shoe cabinet and high-quality wood panels, which optimize the sound acoustics in the room. In a few steps, you reach the open, optimized and practically used hallway area: while a sideboard allows even more options for storing seasonal clothes or other items, there is also a wardrobe combination for hanging jackets with a built-in mirror. A large table is also ready and invites a chat with guests.
From there, the living room is already visible. Here is a three-meter long, comfortable couch with a view of the TV. Here, too, everything has been thought of. An additional shelf and the sideboard offer plenty of storage space. And in the room next door you can then get maximum rest. A 180 cm wide double bed entices above all with a dreamlike sleep.
Last but not least, cooking lovers will also get their money's worth. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibilities to let off steam completely here. And everything in the bathroom is also new and modern.

While the apartment is the ideal retreat, the hustle and bustle of the city of Berlin takes place at the same time not far from it. Only a few minutes away from the apartment is the Landwehrkanal, which is ideal for a walk in the fresh air and to refuel new energy. Numerous buses at the nearby bus stop allow a quick trip to many desired locations. Likewise, 700m away is Hermannplatz, where the U7 and U8 train lines stop and with which places like Alexanderplatz can be explored comfortably and without changing trains. But also other, central sights such as the Brandenburg Gate or the East Side Gallery can be reached quickly in 30 minutes by public transport. Numerous restaurants offer the possibility to dine out. Due to the central location, some are also open late into the night. Also, at the station Hermannplatz is not only a supermarket, but a whole shopping mile allows not far from the apartment to do any errands or just stroll comfortably.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
