The apartments are optimally divided, the beautiful bathrooms are predominantly equipped with tubs and practically cut. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for daily use and living comfort.
The central gas heating system provides inexpensive heat.
The monthly rent is 1200€ all inclusive for 1-2 persons. In the living room there is an extendable sofa-bed where 1-2 more people can sleep.
The additional cost for a third person is 100€ per month.
LOCATION
In the green southeast of Berlin in the Lichtenberg district, Rummelsburg is located in the direct vicinity of the hip district of Friedrichshain. Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
