Nachmieter für Wilmersdorfer WG gesucht: 910 Euro warm (alles inklusive, inkl Internet, Strom, Heizung, GEZ, etc), möbliert, Anmeldung möglich, EG, Putzkraft alle 2 Wochen - super Zustand.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter, weil ich mit meiner Partnerin zusammenziehe und näher an unsere Arbeitsorte ziehe (wir haben hier 3 Monate zusammen gewohnt). Es ist ein ganz tolles Zimmer aus dem ich ansonsten nicht ausgezogen wäre. Ich war hier für etwa 10 Monate nachdem ich für einen Job nach Berlin gezogen bin - die Wohnung hier ist super!

Das WG-Zimmer kann ab 01.04.2026 übernommen werden. Das Zimmer ist 22,96 qm groß und befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau mit hohen Decken. Ein großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sind vorhanden. Vom Nachmieter übernommen wird eine Ikea Kommode für 150 Euro und ein Rollcontainer für 10 Euro. Das Fenster zeigt in den Hinterhof, daher ist es sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage der WG.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr gut ausgestattete WG mit 4 Parteien, die sich 2 Bäder und 1 Gemeinschaftsküche teilen. Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Reinigungskraft und reinigt die Bäder, Küche und den Flur. Unter anderem sind vorhanden eine Waschmaschine im Bad, eine Spülmaschine in der Küche und ein Fahrradkeller.

Die WG befindet sich in der belebten und zugleich gepflegten Konstanzer Straße mit bester Lage: ein Alnatura-Laden ist direkt gegenüber, Rewe (5 min entfernt), der Olivaer Platz mit einer schönen Wiese zum Verweilen (2 min entfernt), Kudamm (3 min entfernt), Bushaltestelle Olivaer Platz/Xantener Str. (2 min entfernt), U-Bahn Haltestelle Adenauerplatz (7 min entfernt), S-Bahn Haltestelle Savignyplatz (15 min entfernt).

Ich werde nach folgenden Dokumenten fragen:
* Komplett ausgefüllter Bogen zur Anmietung (werde ich anhängen)
* Die drei letzten Gehaltsnachweise oder die eines Bürgen (sollten die eines Bürgen vorgelegt werden, werden eine Bürgschaftserklärung + gültiger Personalausweis benötigt)
* Einblick in den gültigen Personalausweis oder Reisepass (gültigen Aufenthaltstitel oder Visum)
* Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (ggfs. Bescheinigung von Eltern, dass man als letztes bei ihnen gewohnt hat)

Looking for a new tenant for a shared flat (WG) in Wilmersdorf: €910 all-inclusive (including internet, electricity, heating, TV license fee, etc.), furnished, registration possible, ground floor, cleaning service every 2 weeks – excellent condition.

I am looking for a new tenant because I am moving in with my partner and relocating closer to our workplaces (we lived here together for 3 months). It’s a really great room that I wouldn’t have left otherwise. I stayed here for about 10 months after moving to Berlin for a job – the apartment is fantastic!

The room in the shared flat is available from 01.04.2026. It is 22.96 sqm in size and located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings. A large bed, wardrobe, and desk are provided. The new tenant will need to purchase an IKEA chest of drawers for €150 and a rolling drawer unit for €10. The window faces the inner courtyard, making it very quiet despite the central location.

This is a very well-equipped shared apartment with 4 tenants sharing 2 bathrooms and 1 communal kitchen. A cleaning service comes every 2 weeks to clean the bathrooms, kitchen, and hallway. Amenities include a washing machine in the bathroom, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a bicycle storage room.

The flat is located on lively yet well-maintained Konstanzer Straße in a prime location: an Alnatura store is directly opposite, REWE (5 minutes away), Olivaer Platz with a nice green area to relax (2 minutes away), Kurfürstendamm (3 minutes away), bus stop Olivaer Platz/Xantener Str. (2 minutes away), U-Bahn station Adenauerplatz (7 minutes away), and S-Bahn station Savignyplatz (15 minutes away).

I will ask for the following documents:
* Completed rental application form (I will provide it)
* The last three payslips or those of a guarantor (if using a guarantor, a guarantor declaration + valid ID is required)
* Proof of identity (valid ID card or passport, including valid residence permit or visa if applicable)
* Certificate confirming no rental debt (or, if applicable, confirmation from parents that you previously lived with them)

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
