Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in der kleinen Abstellkammer.
Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch für große SUV ́s geeignet und befindest sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Aufzuges.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, aufgrund der inneren Lage, trotzdem haben Sie einen großen Abstand zu den nächsten Häusern. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Den Alexanderplatz und auch den Bahnhof Alexanderplatz erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten Fußweg, eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars in weniger als 5 Minuten – hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
