This one bedroom apartment is located in the North Wing of a luxurious furnished apartment complex in central Berlin. It is fully furnished and serves all the equipment necessary for a short or long term rent in Berlin. All rooms look out onto the peaceful and quiet courtyard which serves as an oasis of tranquility especially in summer, enabling you to sleep with the windows open listening to the background sound of the gentle breeze. This sense of peaceful bliss will be enjoyable after a demanding day at work. Solid floor boards, and interior doors are all original and have been restored to their former beauty. The designer kitchen provides all electrical devices needed to enjoy cooking here, such as a fridge, dish washer, a kettle and a microwave. The bathtub in the bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath after a long day at work and in the living room, a comfortable couch, a big flat screen TV and DVD Player as well as a dining area give enough space to take pleasure in this luxuriously furnished apartment.
It is located near Boxhagener Platz in Berlin Friedrichshain which is one of the city's most popular areas. Despite its quiet location, bars, shopping facilities and nice restaurants are right around the corner. Also, the famous clubs and bars at Warschauer Straße are within walking distance, as is the same-named train station which will bring you into the city in only a couple of minutes. Furthermore, the train station Ostkreuz which is part of the Ringbahn is close by, so the connection to Berlin's public transport system is very convenient. Parking is available right on the street.
The price shown is for 1 person living in the apartment. For every additional person there is 395€ surcharge incl. children from 7 years of age.
There is a mandatory cleaning incl. change of bed sheets which will take place once a week, for which you will be notified of a time frame. Cleaning cannot be canceled and is a prerequisite for renting from us. Cleaning is not included in the price - costs per cleaning are 40,00 EUR.
Please note that the stated rental price does not include VAT or the city tax. These charges will be added to the rent.

Dieses 1-Zimmer-Apartment befindet sich im nördlichen Flügel eines luxuriösen möblierten Apartmentkomplex und ist zentral gelegen. Es ist komplett möbliert und beinhaltet all die Einrichtung, die für einen begrenzten Aufenthalt in Berlin nötig sind. Alle Räume sind auf den ruhigen und friedlichen Hinterhof gerichtet, der besonders im Sommer eine Oase der Entspannung bietet. Daher kann das Fenster in den Nächten der warmen Monaten geöffnet bleiben. Gerade diese Ruhe ist besonders nach einem langen Tag auf der Arbeit gut zu genießen. Der Dielenboden und die Wohnungstüren sind alle hergerichtet und bewahren so ihren alten schönen Charme. Die Designerküche bietet alle nötigen Elektrogeräte, um das Kochen hier genießen zu können, wie einen Kühlschrank, eine Spülmaschine, einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Die Badewanne im Badezimmer lädt zu einem entspannenden Bad nach einem langen Arbeitstag ein. Es befindet sich gleich am Boxhagener Platz in Berlin Friedrichshain, was einer der beliebtesten Kieze der Stadt ist. Obwohl es durch die Hinterhoflage ruhig ist, befinden sich doch gleich um die Ecke viele Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants. Außerdem ist die Warschauer Straße mit all ihren bekannten Bars und Nachtclubs fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier befindet sich auch eine S-Bahn-Station, wovon man innerhalb von Minuten ins Zentrum Berlins gelangt. Die Station Ostkreuz ist auch nahe der Wohnung, von wo die Ringbahn abfährt und ist so super an alle Destinationen der Stadt gelangt. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden.
Der angegebene Preis gilt für 1 Person, die in der Wohnung wohnt. Für jede weitere Person wird ein Aufpreis von 395€ berechnet, inkl. Kinder ab 7 Jahren.
Die obligatorische Reinigung durch uns inkl. Bettwäschewechsel findet einmal pro Woche statt, der Zeitraum wird Ihnen im Voraus mitgeteilt. Die Reinigung kann nicht storniert werden und ist eine Voraussetzung für die Anmietung bei uns. Die Reinigung ist nicht im Preis enthalten - die Kosten für eine Reinigung betragen 40,00 EUR. Wenn es eine Unordnung gibt und die Oberflächen am Tag der Reinigung nicht sauber sind, wird ein Aufpreis von 30€ pro Zimmer berechnet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der angegebene Mietpreis die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer (VAT) sowie die City Tax nicht enthaltet. Diese Gebühren werden zusätzlich zur Miete berechnet.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
