There is one oak bed in the sleeping room 140x200cm and a oak writing table.
At the "balcony -room" is a sleeping sofa with 140x200 cm.
A tv from the company PANASONIC is there.
In the other room is a oak bed and a writing tabel.
In the floor is a shoe-wardrobe and a cupboard with a hoover from SIEMENS.

The flat is in the middel from Friedrichshain next from Simon-Dach-Strasse.
Frankfurter Allee ,Warschauerstrasse and Boxhagener Platz are in some minutes by foot reachable.
A lot of pups and Restaraunts are directly in front of the door.
All puplic transport are very near.
5 MINUTES to S-U Station WARSCHAUERSTRASSE.

The property is and will be very well maintainded and has plenty of storage for bicycles in the backyard.

Es wurde ein neues Bad eingebaut .
Italienische Boden bzw. Wandfliesen wurden neu verlegt.
Eine Duo-Badewanne mit faltbarer Glas-Duschwand,Waschbeckenunterschrank mit Waschbecken und ein Wandschrank wurden ebenfalls neu installiert.
Alle Amaturen sind hochwertig.
Ein Waschmaschinen/Trockner -Turm von BOSCH mit darunterliegendem Podest in dem sich eine Schublade befindet sowohl auch eine mittige ,ausziehbare Arbeitsfläche zwischen Trockner und Waschmascine wurden neu installiert.

Es wurde eine neue Einbauküche eingebaut.
Alle Küchengeräte wie das Induktionskochfeld,Backofen,Spülmaschine und der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern,Toaster,Kaffemaschine sind vorhanden.
Alle Küchenutensilien zum Küchengebrauch sind vorhanden.
Ein sechsteiliges Serviece läßt eine größere Anzahl von Besuchern zu.
In beiden Zimmern steht ein neuer ,sehr geräumiger Spiegelzimmerwandschrank mit vier schrankbreiten Schubfächern.
Im "Balkonzimmer " befindet sich ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa mit Lattenrost (140cmx200cm) und Matratzenüberzug , so dass die Möglichkeit besteht auf diesem auch über einen längeren Zeitraum erholsam zu schlafen.
Ein Tv von der Firma Panasonic steht zur Verfügung.
Im zweiten Zimmer befindet sich ein Sofa sowie ein Eichenschreibtisch und ein Eichenbett mit einer hochwertigen Kaltschaummatratze (140cmX200cm).
Der Flur ist aus Eichenparkett .
Es befindet sich ein Schuhschrank sowie ein Haushaltsschrank mit Staubsauger der Firma Siemens.
Eine kleine gepolsterte Sitzmöglichkeit mit einer Schuhablage ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein abschließbarer Kellerbereich steht zu Verfügung

Die Lage ist ideal ,da sich die Wohnung mitten im Friedrichshainer Süd Kiez befindet .
Die Frankfurter Allee ,Warschauer Straße und der Boxhagener Platz sowie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt .
Die nächsten Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Unzählige Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten jeglicher kulturellen Art befinden sich gleich "um die Ecke".
Die Immobilie ist gepflegt und besitzt zahlreiche Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder im Hinterhof.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
