Typical Andalusian farmhouse, where you can enjoy with your entire family to rest and have a vacation surrounded by countryside, beautiful rural views and a lot of tranquility. Please note that the last 1,500 meters is an unpaved rural road.
You have the figure of a guard who will help you when checking in to the accommodation and with any small problem. Remember that this type of employee who provides the accommodation does not have to attend to whims or needs not established for the function of staying and spending the night there. You can also enjoy wonderful and culturally enriching places, the Alhambra in Granada, for example, is one hour and ten minutes away by car, the Sierra Nevada (depending on traffic) one hour and thirty minutes away, Antequera and its Dolmens or the fantastic El Torcal de Antequera is located just thirty minutes or forty minutes away, always depending on traffic in the area. A little beyond Antequera, about twenty minutes more than the previously mentioned route, you will find the Laguna de Fuentepiedra, where you can see the colonies of Flamingos in their migration to other continents, as well as an environment created for observing birds in the area and learning for the little ones. Also, you can find Malaga about 50km away where you can enjoy all the museums that this city has to offer.
The exterior of the accommodation is divided into a pool area (it is a 3x5 meter fiberglass pool). Under a grove of trees you can rest, sunbathe or have lunch with the family thanks to the outdoor furniture available in the accommodation.
Inside the accommodation, you can enjoy two interior patios, one of which leads to the bedroom attached to the premises and the other interior patio, which is accessed through a small door located in the charming kitchen of the accommodation. This patio can be used as a picnic or barbecue area as it has a covered area, useful for covering yourself from the sun or sheltering from the humidity at night.
Inside the accommodation there is a large living room where you can enjoy beautiful meetings with the whole family (up to 14 people) in the heat of the beautiful fireplace. You can also prepare your lunches in the kitchen, although it is not very spacious, it has everything you need. necessary so that it can complement the lunches you make on the barbecue.
Access to the upper bedrooms is via stairs of typical mud construction, they are high but wide, and safe, although we recommend that you always keep an eye on the little ones in the house. Going up these stairs you will have two bedrooms with multiple single beds, bedrooms that are very fun for children or teenagers, they are removed from the other two bedrooms with double beds that are located on the ground floor, near the kitchen..A final bedroom with an en-suite bathroom but located outside the complex (you have to access it through the patio that connects to the kitchen) has a double bed, a single bed and a fixed wooden crib. This bedroom is ideal for the couple in the family traveling with a baby or child up to two years old.
You will have several full bathrooms in the accommodation, as well as a rural internet connection, valid for small things related to the network.

You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my reservation?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
