Located a few kilometers from the center of Alhaurín el Grande, you can enjoy spacious family accommodation with four bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. In a few minutes by car you will enjoy the local businesses of Alhaurín el Grande, restaurants, food and leisure. You can also access the different roads that will take you to any point in the province of Malaga.

With private outdoor parking you can place up to two cars in a row within the accommodation's fenced plot. Although the access street is narrow, parking your vehicle in reverse will not have any problems.

You will have eight hammocks, six in the garden and two on one of the terraces. You can also have lunch and enjoy this space thanks to the outdoor furniture that the accommodation has. To access the pool you have to go out through the main door of the accommodation, it is on a lower level and surrounded by high hedges that will provide extra privacy.
Built in the basement (at this time this floor is not enabled), ground floor and first floor, it will have the desired space so that you and your family can enjoy and rest. On the ground floor, upon entering through the main door, we have a reception that leads to the kitchen, living room with access to a large terrace, a full bathroom and a bedroom. On the upper floor, after climbing a comfortable staircase, we will have three bedrooms, two of them with access to an outdoor terrace, a common bathroom, a rest area to the right of the final section of the stairs and a comfortable terrace with two hammocks and parasol so you can sunbathe.
The kitchen, spacious and with everything you need to store and cook, is equipped with everything you need to enjoy it. It is spacious and bright and is connected through a door to the living room. A spacious, bright living-dining room, with access to an outdoor terrace that, on the corner, borders the façade of the accommodation in two parts, with a view of the garden pool at its end, ideal for keeping the little ones in the house under surveillance when they are enjoying them. This terrace has outdoor furniture that will be useful when you want to have a covered lunch, but with the feeling of being outside that this terrace gives you.
The living room has two areas, one for dining and another for rest and leisure with Smart-TV, which thanks to the internet connection will allow you to continue enjoying your favorite series and movies..The bedrooms have windows to the outside, closets or furniture to store your luggage. You will have four bedrooms, three on the upper floor and one on the ground or lower floor.
The ground floor bedroom has a double bed.
The bedrooms on the upper floor have:

Second bedroom: It has a bunk bed and a single bed.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
