Being a part of the famous exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term holiday in any season.
The brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 105 m2 large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4-5 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers with a mirror; a large living room, featuring 1 sofa - bed and 1 sofa, big dining table, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 huge sunny terraces.
The living room has direct access to the huge sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The bedroom and kitchen have access to the second terrace with the views of the beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools.
All terraces have a dining area with comfortable pillows, and the huge sunny terrace has a parasol and 2 sun loungers.
Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all - Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica), etc.
Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating.

What is available to the guests:
Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
We provide each guest linens and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach.
Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds; control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance.
For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables.
We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex.
Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
Tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments.

Parking:
Free parking is available on the complex’s premises, including underground parking.
The apartment complex is gated, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded.

Location:
Encosta Da Orada complex is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip.
Our apartment is a 10-minute walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
The area is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets.
For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology.
For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km).
There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15-20 minutes away by car.
For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.

Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.

Our apartment is suitable for 4 guests. Fee for the 5th guest (child under 2 years old) is 20 eu per day.
Cleaning and laundry services after check-out - 59 eu (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period).
Deposit 299 eu, which is returned to the guest after a holiday.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
