Accommodation in a residential complex with swimming pools, in one of the best locations in the area, located just over 5 minutes walk from the beach. Wonderful views of the sea from the terrace, with the island of La Gomera as a backdrop, a postcard whose culmination is the magical sunset behind La Gomera. Very spacious, open-plan, and comfortable apartment, ideal for guests seeking tranquility to enjoy the excellent southern climate, the coastal lifestyle, and spending time outdoors on the porch.
The accommodation consists of a main room that houses the living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table, as well as the open and integrated kitchen, fully equipped. The biggest attraction lies in a large terrace with fantastic views, where at sunset a magical atmosphere is created with the setting sun. The idea is that guests can enjoy a stay in which they take advantage of the benefits of the southern microclimate, combining the tranquility of the apartment with life outside, whether on the terrace, the complex's pools or the beach.
The terrace has a long bench, outdoor dining set and a drop-down awning to provide shade on the hottest days, which covers the entire outdoor space.
Both the bedroom and the bathroom are located at the entrance of the apartment (facing towards the interior of the complex), separated from the main room by a small corridor. The bedroom has a double bed, exterior window, built-in wardrobe and TV.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, since on its three sides it has windows to the outside to take advantage of natural light throughout the day. The interior is very cool not only because of the breeze that runs when you open the windows, but also because it has air conditioning.
With this accommodation we seek not only to provide guests with a really comfortable space, but also an experience during their stay with which to exceed their expectations.The complex is very quiet and is well cared for and attended to with daily maintenance. It has gardens, two swimming pools of different shapes and sizes, and a children's pool, all surrounded by a solarium area with hammocks and outdoor showers. The complex has a pool bar.
If the arrival of guests takes place after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €30 will be charged for late check-in.
The accommodation has air conditioning in the main room, televisions both in the living room and in the bedroom, as well as a private WiFi network (Fiber optic 300MB) and free for the exclusive use of guests.
Please be very careful with the set of keys and pool card provided to guests, as their loss will imply an additional cost for guests for their replacement.
IMPORTANT! Guests are requested not to touch or manipulate the control keyboard of the home's alarm system. The alarm will remain deactivated during reservations, it is only activated when the house is unoccupied and closed. If the control panel is tampered with and the system is misconfigured, the guest is responsible for the cost that may be incurred.
In accordance with current regulations, it will be necessary for ALL clients to provide a copy of the ID / passport upon arrival at the accommodation to fill out the traveler registration part. They will not be able to stay if they do not provide their documentation.
We offer high chair, bathtub and cot service with bedding for babies for an extra cost of €5/day. Subject to availability and upon prior request well in advance.
The complex has an external gym or fitness centre. Clan Fitness Tenerife is a private paid establishment (basic access €6/day) which is accessed through its own separate entrance from outside the complex.
Note that the route from the entrance of the complex to the beach is full of pubs, restaurants, terraces, as well as several supermarkets and all kinds of shops. The nearest supermarkets are a 4-minute walk from the gate of the complex.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
