About this team
Windranger Labs are looking for a Front End Engineer to help support ongoing project work, maintain and build promotional landing pages, contribute to building awesome interactive web experiences and help drive a number of key initiatives around building community, including open source contributions and hackathons. We are looking for a self starter who has the initiative to self educate and be part of a dynamic fast paced team in a highly collaborative environment. Strong skills in communication and collaboration will be essential in this position. You have a curious mind, and always probe deeper into requirements. You are able to communicate clearly and efficiently with our globally diverse cohort of talented designers, engineers, content creators and product managers.

What you’ll help us build
Support on-going maintenance of our growing ecosystem of landing pages and sites
Help write articles and blog posts
Contribute to open source projects and improve your public profile
Potential to travel to events to represent the company
Your craft
Ideally 4+ years experience in a Front End Engineering role, with the ability to show examples of websites, landing pages and components you have built
Excellent skills in communication, preferably with experience in a remote-first and/or global distributed environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Experience with React or NextJS frameworks
Very strong core CSS/HTML skills
Ability or desire to learn TypeScript
Familiarity with Tailwind
You have the initiative and motivation fix bugs or improve processes that you identify
Seek clarification on requirements where needed
You enjoy owning, running and delivering your own projects
You are a curious and pro active learner
Excellent collaboration skills
Extra credit
You have side projects, open-source work
Web3 experience (Ethers, Infura, MetaMask, Wallet Connect)
Design System experience
Interaction and or Animation experience
Flexibility to travel
