What will you be doing in this role?

  • Bringing forward recruitment strategy to support VSF rapid growth
  • Taking full responsibility for securing recruitment pipeline for all open positions
  • Implementing passive recruitment to all key processes
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM hires
  • Managing recruitment team
  • Developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies for all open roles
  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources, backgrounds, and locations
  • Overseeing the Candidate Experience in all processes
  • Being Partner in the business development for all Stakeholders
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to improve our work and the candidate experience constantly

What do we expect you to have?

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting and building global workforce
  • Experience in:
    • managing team
    • building TA strategy
    • conducting the full-cycle recruitment process,
    • recruiting across the globe,
    • building a unique and inclusive candidate experience
    • developing and implementing long-term recruitment strategies,
    • sourcing passive candidates and staying in contact with them,
  • Knowledge of:
    • boolean search,
    • finding candidates contact information – you don’t stop after sending someone an invitation on Linkedin
    • good recruitment and sourcing practices – we also want to learn from you
    • sourcing tools, methods, and strategies
    • Fluent English (at least C1)
  • Attitude:
    • You jump in and solve problems
    • You can troubleshoot quickly
    • You know you can ask for help
    • You are curious and look for opportunities to make things better

What else would be appreciated?

  • Previous experience in recruitment agencies with a senior roles placements
  • Recent in-house start-up experience in a product-led company
  • Working entirely in the English language
  • Experience in scale-up companies
  • b2b SAAS experience a strong plus
