About the Role

Tropic has exploded into the market over the last two years, raising a $40M Series B with Insight Partners this year and growing 700% in 2021. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help build a world-class sales organization in enterprise tech. This individual will work closely with leadership and teams across both Sales and Operations, with much visibility on high-priority projects.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Provide the quantitative basis for Tropic’s evolving go-to-market strategy and revenue initiatives (e.g., territory planning, sales coverage model, sales forecasting)
  • Identify and eliminate barriers in Sales processes to improve performance and productivity (e.g., identify KPIs and metrics, improve lead management)
  • Contribute directly to Tropic’s hyper growth trajectory by improving Sales Team efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and maximize the value of Tropic’s sales & marketing tech stack
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
  • Partner with leadership to build a world class enterprise sales organization
  • Support high-level planning, goal setting, and board-level communication materials representing the Sales Team with data and insights

Who You Are

  • 2-3+ years in management consulting or equivalent quantitative field/experience
  • Deep and broad understanding of sales & marketing processes
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with SaaS tools used by Sales organizations
  • Nice to have: experience at a startup and/or in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Strategy
