A Growth Hacker at Tangelo will be responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing new and innovative growth and marketing strategies, experimenting with creative solutions, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of growth initiatives, from developing and executing digital and experiential marketing campaigns to building partnerships and exploring new channels for growth. You will also play a key role in tracking and analyzing performance data, and in making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize our growth strategies.

You should have extensive, successful experience in growth marketing or a related field and a track record of proven results in driving growth through unique and data-driven solutions. Role Scope:
- Develop and implement creative, scalable, data-driven and effective growth strategies to acquire and retain customers
- Analyze and optimize acquisition channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), experiential marketing, partnership marketing, and marketing materials for our street teams
- Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of our growth strategies and tactics
- Create and implement A/B tests to maximize lead acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and improve customer engagement and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as CX, sales, lead acquisition, product, and engineering to ensure growth initiatives align with cross-functional operations and company goals
- Monitor and measure key metrics to determine the success of growth efforts, and identify pivot opportunities
- Consistently and eagerly stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacking techniques and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy, create visually appealing designs, and execute effective digital campaigns that accurately reflect the brand’s aesthetic, with hands-on experience in setup and optimization
- Successful track record of executing successful growth hacking campaigns and projects
- Strong creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to take risks and try new things
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and customer segmentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of web technologies and programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising platforms
