Superside is looking for an ambitious Demand Generation Manager with 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS context, to help Superside grow even faster by managing the full lifecycle of our prospects and customers. Specifically focused on how to turn the existing top of funnel prospects into sales qualified opportunities, and working with our customer success and product team to optimize our customer communications for retention and expansion.
You will support a key function on a marketing team that has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$10M ARR, and be part of our ongoing growth journey from $10M to $100M ARR and beyond.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to convert interest into sales opportunities among our existing prospects and customers through email marketing, advertising, on-site conversions, in-product messaging, and customer communications.
You will have access to a world-class team of marketers and designers (content writers, video producers, motion graphics designers, performance marketers, operations managers, etc.) and a powerful tech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, Sanity, Vidyard, etc.).

For this role we are looking for candidates in the regions that could overlap with the USA timezones at a minimum of 4h difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand deeply the full buyer and customer journey from the moment they land on our website, to engaging with content, to talking with sales, onboarding as a customer, and considering renewal and expansion,
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of lifecycle campaigns and experiments (email and in-product communications) and assess overall program performance, health, and effectiveness,
  • Work closely with our top-of-funnel content team to optimize lead gen campaigns (e.g. ebooks, guides, webinars) for conversion and nurturing,
  • Work closely with our bottom-of-funnel content team and customer success team to manage customer communications and marketing campaigns to drive retention and expansion opportunities,
  • Work with the product team to experiment with in-product user experiences to drive retention, viral growth, and expansion such as in-app prompts, notifications and content,
  • Leverage our performance marketing team to run targeted, buyer journey ads and conversion campaigns to drive leads and accounts through the funnel,
  • Optimize our lead scoring system to ensure that high value and intent leads are prioritized for our sales team,
  • Contribute your own creative ideas on how to meet our teams on-going revenue goals (i.e. if see an untapped opportunity – run with it).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in various B2B Demand Gen, Growth or Lifecycle Marketing roles,
  • You are very comfortable with Hubspot, and able to create and manage email segments, automation workflows, forms, and integrations,
  • You can plan optimization and growth experiments in your sleep (terms like CTR, Open Rates, A/B Testing and Nurture Campaigns are a regular part of your vocabulary),
  • You are analytical, data-driven, but trust your instincts in order to move fast,
  • You’re good with a high degree of flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity,
  • You possess the desire to roll up your sleeves, execute, and create scalable processes within a growing company,
  • You’re self-motivated and will constantly seek out ways to help the company with reach and efficiency,
  • You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups.

Hiring process:

  • Greet and meet (1:1): 30 minute call with a Talent Partner to discuss more information about Superside and the candidate’s experience. No need for formal prep beforehand.
  • Ability test: The ability tests have been selected to measure the skills and competencies needed to succeed in the role.
  • First interview with the Team Lead: An initial interview between you and your potential team lead to get to know each other and discover the role more extensively.
  • Assessment: This is where you get to show your skills. We provide you with an hypothetical business case to solve. You’ll have usually between 24h and 48h.
  • Final Interview: This will consist of a 45 minute discussion with a Team Lead. You’ll first be presenting your work and then you’ll dive deeper into your past experiences. We always set aside some time for your questions so don’t hesitate to prep some! We want to make sure we’re the right place for you as much as you’re the right fit for us!
