Due to the dynamic growth, we are excited to invite an experienced Compliance Manager to build and lead the compliance function of our business. The perfect candidate will take full ownership of compliance, closely working with technical & legal compliance and our Account Managers to shape the proper and scalable processes.
This is a full-time remote/office job with flexibility rendered by the company.
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
Minimum 2 years of proven track record working with gambling compliance on regulated markets.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Good understanding of technical standards and requirements in key regulated markets of Europe (UK, Italy, Greece, Romania, Nordics, etc.)
Experience with the product certification process and necessary tech audits
Knowledge of applicability for regulatory requirements in new and existent markets
Experience in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for regulated markets and an event calendar.
Insight into regulatory/technical requirements and understanding of how to translate them into internal tasks/workflows.
High level of independence and proactiveness.
Skills to prioritize tasks to ensure things get done at the right time.
Advanced level of spoken and written English.
As a plus:
Experience working with compliance for real money online slot games.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Account Management, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth and predictable compliance.
Good network of relations with compliance vendors (testing labs, consultants, etc.).
Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira) and collaboration software (Confluence, Miro).

Creation and maintenance of compliance knowledge documentation for regulated markets for Legal, Account Management, Sales, and Technical teams.
Closely collaborate and set a priority of tasks for the Technical compliance manager.
Monitor certifications validity and trigger recertifications for the Technical compliance manager.
Monitoring of due diligence details of a customer base for the Account Management team.
