About the role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Owner (m/f/d) to lead our App area in developing innovative mobile applications that enhance the healthcare experience for our customers.
About the tech stack: iOS, Android, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Node
About your tasks:
Take ownership of App area: ensure seamless cross-functional team collaboration to achieve shared goals. Focus on stakeholder management to ensure alignment on business goals, including prioritizing the roadmap to ensure high value delivery.
Collaborate across product areas: address dependencies and facilitate interactions among teams to ensure delivering measurable value to customers
Empower Product Owners: support and develop the Product Owners within your area & foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Build strategy and do product discovery: encourage your team to iterate on problem-solving driving a user-centered approach. Balance the focus between discovering new opportunities and delivering impactful solutions.
About you:
Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app area is required. Experience with customer-facing products with high complexity and dependencies & developing and executing product roadmaps.
Language skills: proficiency in German is required, as the role involves collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members.
People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. Strong listening skills, understanding team members' needs and challenges, and providing necessary support.
Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work. Ability to adapt and implement agile methodologies effectively.
User focus: you are passionate about user research, including shadowing and interviewing users. Skilled at analyzing data with user insights and collaborating with UX and design experts to find optimal solutions.
Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy. Ability to work closely with stakeholders from different business areas to drive value for customers.

Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time.
