Role Description

Responsible for the achievement of local financial business targets (Sales, Margin, Profit, WC, etc.) and other non-financial targets.

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies based on company goals and market trends aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and identify and manage commercial risks.
  • Lead and coach the nationwide sales team to achieve their sales objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead annual price increases and negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and develop team performance through training, coaching, and career development.
  • Initiate and lead projects to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in B2B with minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to manage change and complexity with strong analytical and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to personal development and talent management.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Fluent in French and English.
